Benchmarking is the modern western developed countries enterprise management activities support continuous improvement and one of the most important way of management to obtain competitive advantage,it can bring great effect,can let enterprise form a culture of continuous learning.The operating performance of the enterprise is always dynamic,and only the continuous pursuit of the best ability can obtain the sustainable competitiveness,so that it can remain invincibly.Now,the benchmark management law is widely used in enterprises,schools,government departments,hospitals and other fields.Manufacturing enterprise is presented in this paper under the premise of a large number of application of benchmarking,aucma company as the research object.First describes the present situation of the company and purchasing organization,the procurement organization of staff age,record of formal schooling,job responsibilities,equipped with methods,skills training situation are described,and using the method of questionnaire and interview to collect procurement staff work content and time allocation situation summed up the company procurement staff management,the problems of and analyzes the seven factors affecting purchasing staff performance;Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of benchmarking management and the feasibility of benchmarking management,and concludes that it can carry out the benchmarking management of purchasing staff in the company;thirdly,adhering to the six principles of procurement work content into the overall work,work,and the key joints,three vertical benchmark index,the work time and work completion is decomposed into the work efficiency and work two transverse benchmark indexes,combining the horizontal ordinate form "second vertical and three horizontal" structure of five two-way procurement staff the body of the benchmarking management index system framework;Then,the framework is complemented,detailed indexes and benchmark values are detailed,and the operating system is designed.Finally,after the implementation of the procurement staff benchmarking system,the advantages and disadvantages of benchmarking are analyzed and analyzed.Benchmarking is not once and for all,the company needs to continuously study the breakthrough limitation in the future system operation,so that the benchmarking can play a good role.In this paper,the design of benchmarking management index system of purchasing staff has enriched the content of benchmarking management of manufacturing enterprises,which has certain reference significance to other enterprises' purchasing management.And benchmarking implementation more qualitative quantitative management of purchasing process,has been clear about the procurement standards,make it scientific,standardized,efficient procurement,improve the product market competitiveness for aucma company provides important help.
