The research of enterprise value path promotion mainly focuses on an enterprise or business unit,specifically analyzing the driving factors of enterprise value.obtainina the key path to improve enterprise value,and providing relevant information to help investors and management improve decision-making.In order to improve the value path of enterprises,the first step is to evaluate the value of enterprises.In this paper,the research object is SuporCo.,Ltd.in China’s electrical industry.Focusing on the key issue that investors are concerned about whether SuporCo..Ltd.can continue to develop at the same rate of profit growth as before without being replaced,we choose the appropriate method of enterprise value evaluation to the company.The company’s enterprise value is explored to find out the driving factors affecting the company’s value,to get the key path to improve the enterprise’s value,and to seek the key measures to improve the enterprise’s value.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The valuation methods of enterprises are compared and analyzed.According to the actual situation of the electrical industry and SuporCompany.the economic value-added method is chosen as the valuation method of the company.Based on the analysis of the financial reports from 2014 to 2018.this paper forecasts the possible future net profit,capital cost,after-tax operating net profit and weighted average capital cost of enterprises.Discount the economic value added in the forecast period of the enterprise,and ultimately get the intrinsic value of the enterprise.2.Based on the discount model of economic value-added,this paper analyses the specific factors that affect the economic value-added in each year.Through the structural analysis of the balance sheet of Super,it decomposes the economic value-added and finds out the driving factors of the operational economic value-added and the investment economic value-added.3.Faking the driving factors affecting the value of Supor as an opportunity,by comparing with other similar enteiprises,the author finds out the shortcomings of’ the enterprise itself.In view of the factors aftecting the value of Supor,the author puts forward effective management measures in order to achieve the ultimate goal of cnhancinu the value of the enterprise.The research results can be used for reference and have practical significance in solving the related problems of value management of similar enterprises.
