In today's world,the service industry is developing rapidly.The economy is no longer relying solely on manufacturing.The driving force and focus of economic growth are gradually shifting to the service industry.The manufacturing industry has also begun to inject service elements to get rid of the low-end of the value chain to establish and maintain competitive advantage.Open innovation helps companies transform external heterogeneous resources into internal productivity,which is the most effective way for enterprises to improve their technological capabilities and achieve innovative performance.Previous literature shows that integrating external resources can help companies reduce R&D time and cost,reduce their risk of innovation failure,and quickly improve their professional and technical capabilities,thus occupying a place in the competitive environment of the four suburbs,so the external relationship The emphasis on network construction has gradually increased.It is a hot topic for enterprises and academics to construct and maintain cooperative relationships and learn from the relationship between the two partners to achieve complementary advantages between organizations and promote the performance of service innovation.This research is based on service innovation,network capabilities and inter-organizational learning theory,using empirical research methods,based on previous relationships on relationship management capabilities,relationship learning,competition intensity and service innovation performance,with relationship management capabilities and service innovation performance.As a foothold,the relationship introduces relational learning and competition intensity as the model's adjustment variables,and constructs a research model that governs the relationship between the relationship learning ability and the relationship between the relationship management ability and the service innovation performance.Analysis software such as SPSS20 validates the research model and hypothesis.This study examined the hypotheses of this study by using 298 questionnaires from 22 provinces including manufacturing,service,agriculture,and construction industries,and reached the following conclusions:(1)Relationship management ability It has a positiveimpact on service innovation performance;(2)The relationship between relationship learning negative regulation relationship management ability and enterprise service innovation performance;(3)Competition intensity can inhibit relationship learning relationship management ability and enterprise service innovation performance relationship Negative regulation.And the corresponding research enlightenment is put forward:(1)Enterprises should maintain an open mind when conducting service innovation activities,use relationship management capabilities to build and maintain relationships with external organizations and obtain innovative resources from them,so as to continuously improve their own Innovative ability to improve the service innovation performance of enterprises;(2)Although the construction of external relations and knowledge acquisition are essential for enterprises,enterprises should pay attention to the matching and compatibility of new capabilities with existing capabilities when cultivating relevant capabilities;(3)Enterprises should correctly understand the competitive environment,accurately identify the crisis,seize opportunities,improve their own deficiencies,and strive to achieve cornering overtaking in a fiercely competitive environment and enhance competitive advantage.
