Research On Value Assessment Of New Social E-Commerce Enterprises

In the 21st century,with the continuous progress of Internet technology,and also the continuous development of Internet economy,e-commerce enterprises,which emerged in the 1990s,are developing rapidly in the big wave of Internet economy.The business model of e-commerce enterprises has gradually developed from a single type into ABC,B2B,B2C,020 and other multiple types.However,the profit and loss situation of different e-commerce enterprises is often different,so the valuation of their enterprises is also very different.This paper is to take the loss of listed in the United States high valuation e-commerce enterprises as an example to analyze,to study the valuation method of Internet e-commerce enterprises.Firstly,we introduce some traditional valuation methods and analyze their advantages and disadvantages comprehensively.Secondly,we introduce the valuation model of real options.Finally,we use the combination of free cash flow valuation method and real option valuation method to analyze the valuation of Internet e-commerce enterprises,so as to achieve a scientific and reasonable valuation of e-commerce enterprises.The specific steps of applying the real option valuation theory to the valuation of enterprises are as follows:first,identify the assets with similar option characteristics,and evaluate these assets;Then add the result of this valuation with the result of free cash flow valuation method,and then get the overall valuation of the enterprise.The real option valuation method can better reflect the risk,uncertainty,novelty and uniqueness,stage continuity and other characteristics of the relevant investment projects of Internet enterprises.Therefore,the value evaluation of the potential real options owned by Internet e-commerce enterprises is more real,scientific and reasonable.This paper the real option valuation method and free cash flow valuation method,and use and spell of enterprise value assessment,and the valuation result will end up with a lot of spelling valuation base day the market value of comparative analysis,to find the final valuation results and the market value of close to,and to a certain extent,reflects the real option valuation method's advantage,also shows the real option valuation method applied in the Internet business enterprise valuation analysis of the practical significance.
