Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Path Of Chinese Manufacturing SMEs Under The Background Of Government Support

In the critical period of the new economic normal,manufacturing SMEs play a vital role in the economic transformation process because of their special market position.Promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing SMEs to achieve fair competition,effective allocation of resources,technological innovation,scientific and technological progress,and optimization and upgrading of industrial structure are urgent problems to be solved.However,because manufacturing SMEs are in a disadvantaged position in terms of scale,resources,capital and technology,in order to achieve transformation and upgrading,it is necessary to rely on the help of the government to find a suitable development path.Based on this,this paper studies the choice of the transformation and upgrading path of manufacturing SMEs from the perspective of government support.This paper firstly sorts out relevant literatures at home and abroad,and understands the academic literature research situation of SMEs' transformation and upgrading,as well as the government's support for SMEs,and finds the focus and research direction of this paper.Secondly,it defines two core concepts of manufacturing SMEs and enterprise transformation and upgrading,and analyzes the theoretical basis of government support for SMEs and related theories of enterprise transformation and upgrading,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Then it classifies the transformation and upgrading paths of SMEs and analyzes several existing paths.Then combined with relevant data to analyze the status quo and existing problems of the transformation and upgrading of SMEs in the manufacturing industry and summarize the practice of the transformation and upgrading of SMEs in the Pearl River Delta and Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions.On this basis,through questionnaires and data statistics,the paper analyzes the related influencing factors of the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing SMEs,especially the role of government support in the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Finally,under the influence of government support,the paper proposes a transforamation and upgrading path for manufacturing SMEs,and gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from both government support and enterprises themselves.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:SMEs in manufacturing industry need the help of the government to realize the transformation and upgrading of enterprises from the aspects of technological innovation,extension of industrial chain and industrial structure optimization and upgrading,among which technological innovation plays a vital role in the transformation and upgrading of SMEs.And appropriate government support can promote the technological innovation of SMEs,and realize the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.In the process of transformation and upgrading of SMEs,the government should play an active role in supporting SMEs in technology,capital,talent introduction,park construction and international market development,so as to help SMEs break through the bottlenecks of financing,technology and management,and achieve healthy development of enterprises.
