The Study On The Evaluation And Exploitation Of Tourism Resources Of Bamboo In Changning County

The grand blueprint depicted by the 19 th session of national congress of the communist party of China set a clear direction for the development of the tourism industry in the new era and also put forward new requirements.Bamboo tourism adopted bamboo resources as an attraction,based on the ecological environment of bamboo forests,and organically combines the resource values,ornamental values and cultural values of bamboo plants,due to its distinctive characteristics and the ecological nature of tourism behavior,it become a very important tourism activity in current time.In February 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping came to Sichuan to inspect and made an important indication that “Sichuan is a big province of bamboo,and it is necessary to develop the bamboo industry according to local conditions and give full play to the advantages of Shunan Bamboo Sea,making bamboo forest a beautiful landscape in beautiful countryside in Sichuan”.Changning County has the largest gene pool in the world and the largest variety of bamboo species,the first national nature reserve with the protection of the bamboo forest ecosystem as its core content,the first batch of national 4A-level scenic spots in Sichuan Province,Shunan Bamboo Sea,it is rich in bamboo resources and rich in bamboo tourism resources.However,the deep excavation and evaluation of the value of bamboo tourism resources in Changning County and the innovative development of bamboo tourism require further research and implementation,which is of great significance in the new tourism demand and new era.Firstly,based on the analysis of related theories and the discrimination of concepts,this paper defines the scope of the study area,and analyzes the geomorphological,hydrological,and climatic factors in Changning County,and finds that the three regions in the north,central and south have obvious regional characteristics,thereby we divided the bamboo tourism resources in Changning County into three regions in space,described and analyzed the characteristics of bamboo tourism resources in each region,which laid a good foundation for the resource evaluation in the next step.Secondly,we adopted the analytic hierarchy process?delphi method and the fuzzy evaluation method to make a comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the bamboo tourism resources in Changning County,it is concluded that the overall value of the bamboo tourism resources in Changning County is good,among them,the environmental conditions of bamboo tourism resources are the best,the ecological environment suitability is at a high level,the resource value conditions are good,and its resource value and combination conditions are at the highest level in the overall value conditions.Finally,based on the comprehensive evaluation results of bamboo tourism resources in Changning County,this paper proposes three development strategies of bamboo tourism resources in Changning County: “brand strategy,all-region tourism strategy,and industrial integration development strategy”,and correspondingly put forward the specific development strategy of "three in one",which is “The strategy of creating a cultural brand,the integrated strategy of the city,the integrated strategy of the development of the three regions in the northern part of the northern part of the city,and the integration strategy of the city”,The result is the image of “Chinese bamboo capital,ecological growth and growth”.
