Feasibility Study On Investment Of Guangxi Government Investment Guidance Fund Project

In order to further improve the distribution of financial funds,reduce administrative distribution,and actively explore the market-oriented operation mode of government funds,under the leadership of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Government,the Guangxi Government Investment Guidance Fund came into being in 2015,and the Guangxi Government Investment Guidance Fund Through active guidance,financial capital and social capital will be driven into the industrial fields supported by the autonomous regional government,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and achieve the goals of“government guidance,market operation,capital enlargement,classified management,and rolling development".The Guangxi Government Investment Guidance Fund,as the financial fund of the district government at the same level,conducts project investment by initiating or participating in the establishment of sub-funds and direct equity investment enterprises,which is different from the investment of general market-oriented private equity funds,Guangxi Government Investment Guidance Fund.The investment has special characteristics.At present,the development speed of Guangxi Guiding Fund is relatively slow,and it is relatively backward in the country.At the same time,the problems encountered in specific project investment are becoming more and more prominent.Guangxi Government Investment Guidance Fund Faced with the problem of how to comprehensively improve the efficiency and efficiency of investment.How to effectively control the risk of investment and fully demonstrate the feasibility of the project by setting the feasibility criteria of the investment project has become an important purpose and significance of this paper.Based on the research of relevant literature and theory,this paper forms the basic concepts of guiding fund and project investment feasibility study through the collection,comparison and research of relevant literature.This paper adopts the comparative analysis research method,and proposes to compare the analysis results and propose the difference between the feasibility analysis of the general project investment and the feasibility analysis of the investment guidance project of Guangxi government.Then,through the combination of qualitative analysis research and quantitative analysis research,combined with the completed sub-fund of Guangxi Government Investment Guidance Fund and the case of completed direct equity investment enterprise projects,fully analyzed the investment of Guangxi Government Investment Guidance Fund in the project.The problems in the feasibility study finally proposed an improvement plan for the feasibility study of the investment guidance fund project of Guangxi government.
