Over the past 100 years,comprehensive budget management has been continuously developed and improved.It has gradually improved in development and has matured in practice.Enterprises also hope to achieve internal management and control through comprehensive budgets to form future affairs.Expected.In China's real estate industry,the policy orientation is particularly obvious.Repeated macroeconomic regulation and control has already pushed real estate to the forefront;but with the obvious change of the real estate industry from gold to silver,the thinking mode of the real estate enterprises has undergone a high degree of change.The simple cycle of making plans,making plans,and simply building houses and selling houses to make money has changed.Without the system,management,and talent,it is difficult to realize the most obvious manifestation of shareholders' income.How can the management's control effectiveness and effectiveness be best reflected,and ultimately it comes down to the application of comprehensive budget management,how to reduce costs,how to improve efficiency,how to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and the best practice given by comprehensive budget.prove.This paper uses literature search method,case analysis method,statistical analysis method,and text and image combination method.Through the basic theory,development process and research results of comprehensive budget management,combined with the unique characteristics of China's real estate industry,the basic situation and management status of HKJ company are introduced.Specifically,it analyzes the reality of HKJ's comprehensive budget management,and elaborates on the current budget of the company from the aspects of organization,budget preparation,budget execution and budget assessment.It elaborates on the lack of clear strategy for HKJ's comprehensive budget management.Problems such as imperfect guidance,poor organizational system,weak budget execution and control,and imperfect assessment and incentive mechanisms,and further summarize the problems existing in HKJ's current budget,such as imperfect implementation,lack of a sound system,and further refinement of the budget process.The budget assessment needs to be further improved.Then according to the actual situation and objectives,the following improvement measures are proposed:the organizational structure of the comprehensive budget,the improvement of the budgeting content system,the clear budgeting system,the construction of the budgeting method system,and the construction of the budget assessment and reward system.This paper combines theory with practice,fully understands,lists,and sorts out the theoretical part,and deeply analyzes the current situation of HKJ company.Through comprehensive review and systematic construction of HKJ's budget,HKJ The company's comprehensive budget management work put forward constructive opinions and has a positive effect on improving the overall budget management of HKJ.At the same time,relevant research has certain reference significance for the same type of real estate enterprises,and provides a meager experience for the comprehensive budget management for the real estate industry.
