Egalists have established themselves in a strict legal system.The advancement and practicality of the Legalist Thought made the Qin State,which always respected the Legalist Thought,eventually unified the whole world.As a master of legalism,Han Fei advocates utilitarianism management thought that takes utilitarianism as the criterion and management as the means in order to maximize national interests.This paper combs the preconditions and theoretical sources of the formation of Han Fei's utilitarianism management thought,and discusses the content of Han Fei's utilitarianism management thought from three aspects:the theory of human nature,the concept of justice and benefit,and the concept of contradiction.As for human nature,Han Fei believes that human nature is "good for good and evil".He should make rational use of human nature and guide his subjects in ideology so that they can build up the consciousness of "gaining profit by force" and effectively implement the imperial tactics.In terms of choosing between justice and benefit,Han Fei believes that in the "world of great struggle",utility is the highest value orientation of profit,and "gaining profits by removing righteousness" should be adopted through legislation and legislation.Rewards and penalties should be taken to reasonably develop the management techniques based on functions;for the relationship between different interests,Han Fei argues that "incompatible matters are not mutually exclusive" through contradictory logic analysis,and actively transforms the contradictory relations,and ensures the balanced development of opposing interests through the skill of control.Due to historical limitations,Han Fei's understanding of human nature is one-sided and his understanding of righteousness and interests is biased,which leads to the unbalanced development of interests and the imbalance of social order.Therefore,we should take the essence of Han Fei's utilitarianism management and discard its dross,and draw lessons from Han Fei's practice of imperial management,control,and people-oriented,and establish the concept of righteousness and profit of sustainable development,so as to promote social development and realize the win-win situation of organizations and individuals.
