Research On Centralized Procurement Management Of Electric Multiple Units Train Parts Of WL Company

With the country's vigorous development of the railway industry,ZC AG's electric multiple units(EMU)train manufacturing has more than 10 years of experience,in accordance with its "Going Global" strategy,the company make competition on a wider stage in the world railway manufacturing industry.Reasonable sales prices,reliable products and excellent service are the advantages of ZC AG.In order to reduce procurement costs,the company chose a centralized procurement mode.WL is a first-level subsidiary authorized by ZC AG to be responsible for centralized procurement of its railway manufacturing parts.In this context,this paper takes WL company's centralized procurement management of EMU train parts as the research object,firstly sorts out the theory of procurement management and centralized procurement management,also sorts out and compares with the advantages and disadvantages of centralized procurement.Based on the current status of WL's centralized procurement of EMU train parts,the problems of centralized procurement of EMU train parts are found,and the implementation of rationalization and improvement suggestions are given for these problems.In the research process,this paper pays attention to the combination of centralized procurement theory and actual implementation of EMU train parts,and also pays attention to the application of research methods from the whole to the local,especially the actual operation of centralized procurement of parts for EMU train parts manufacturing enterprises.The paper also pays attention to the systematic analysis and sorting of the problems existing in the centralized procurement of EMU train parts,and analyze the deep reasons of the problems.In response to the short-board of WL's centralized procurement of EMU train parts,the optimization and improvement plan are proposed,and also proposes measures to ensure implementation.According to the research on WL's centralized procurement of EMU train parts,the author believes that there is still much room for improvement in the centralized procurement of EMU train parts.And the solutions should focus on organizational coordination,procurement performance,improvement of management system,and personnel training.The author hopes this research can provide some help for domestic manufacturing companies in the exploration of centralized procurement.
