Green bonds are innovative financial instruments that combine environmental protection and economic benefits to provide financing for green companies.Although China’s green bonds started late,in the short three years,they have reached the second place in the world in terms of total issuance,providing strong financial support for the development of green enterprises and environmental improvement.Beijing Investment Corporation’s green renewable corporate bonds(bond name:G18 Jing Y1)is the first green bond issued by Beijing Investment Corporation in the exchange bond market.This paper analyzes the benefits,costs,markets,policies and risk factors affecting green bond financing by using the green bond issuance of Beijing Investment Corporation.It finds that the current green bond cost benefits have no obvious advantages and the overall market is weak.Insufficient support,resulting in low enthusiasm of issuers in the green bond market.Combined with the international experience of green bond development,the recommendations for the development of China’s green bond market are given.This paper believes that Chin’s green bond market is in the early stage of development,the market does not form a certain size of green investment groups and the green investment concept of the weak market environment,green bonds rely on their own development and do not have obvious cost-effective advantages,the government should increase the green Policy support in the bond market,such as tax subsidies,fostering responsible investors,credit enhancement,strengthening environmental information disclosure and increasing environmental pollution penalties,making green bonds more cost-effective,thereby increasing the enthusiasm of the issuer’s participation,so that Spontaneous and benign development of the green bond market.
