With the new retail mode proposed,commerces and retailers have opened fresh markets to improve their market share and competitiveness.J Group also established S Fresh Market,with online and offline intergeted.Customers can purchase fresh food in offline stores or on APP,and enjoy a 30-minute delivery service within 3 kilometers of the fresh market.S Fresh Market plans to cover the entire Beijing city.However,there are only five stores,covering a part of the districts and the minority.Therefore,it is urgent to location to accelerate store expansion.However,S Fresh Market enters the market late.There are already competitors providing similar products and services.They divert the customers and market share and affect operating efficiency of S Fresh Market.Therefore,considering the situation of competitiors,S Fresh Market chooses the right location to show strong advantages,attract more customers and bring more profits to Group.Under this background,this paper studies the related issues of location of S Fresh Market in a competitive environment.The paper first introduced the current situation of location and found that the number of stores is less and the coverage district is less.Secondly,the paper analyzes the principles and influence factores of location.On this basis,the demand node is selected and K-MEANS clustering algorithm is used to partition the demand nodes.After determining the demand area,this paper forecasts the demand and selects candidate sites.Thirdly,considering the characteristics of fresh product and the functional positioning of fresh markets,this paper proposes a competitive location model to maximize profits.The result can provide location decision for S Fresh Market.
