Communications industry,as a large is closely connected with the people living in the class of service industry,both in products and services and competitive environment has changed dramatically with the improvement of living standards,customer demand is becoming more and more rich,in order to meet the demand of customers a variety of services,telecommunications companies need to be more in-depth study,customer relationship management(CRM)system and optimization in time,can gain a advantage in the competition.This paper firstly summarizes the theories related to CRM proposed by domestic and foreign experts and scholars.Through the profound study of the theories,it lays a good foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,the basic information and relevant data of the company's customer relationship management were collected through an in-depth field survey of the telecom company in F city and a questionnaire survey and personnel interview.Then the data analysis of questionnaire and interview results shows that there are problems in customer relationship management of telecom companies in F city.Again,the optimization solution and optimization safeguard measures are proposed for the existing problems.At last,some conclusions about CRM optimization are concluded and the future work of CRM is prospected.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of customer relationship management of telecom companies in F city,this paper puts forward the optimization plan and implementation measures,which has practical guiding significance for the development of telecom companies in F city and can be used for reference by other enterprises.
