With the continuous progress of social economy,most people's lives are gradually becoming well-off,and many people have accumulated more wealth than they need for their lives,even a great surplus.Such people are usually called high net worth people,among which the awareness of wealth management has become more and more popular and strong,and the growing demand for wealth management has also opened the door for the development of many financial institutions in society.Under such a background,the maturity,stability and standardization of financial market have become the goal that our country needs to consolidate quickly.Of course,for all financial institutions,this development background and trend is both a challenge.With the rapid development of economy,traditional commercial banks must complete strategic transformation in a very short time before they are qualified to seize the opportunity to stand firm in the turbulent market torrent.If we can not keep pace with the development of the market,we will gradually lose the original competitive advantage,submerged in the long history of losers.In such an urgent situation,whether we can grasp the favor of high net worth people has become the key to the success of major commercial banks.In view of this,this paper is based on the development goals of wealth management and the needs of high net worth families of Beijing Bank,and draws lessons from the development experience of family wealth management business at home and abroad.Based on the volume development of wealth management industry,other organization modes and business development in the industry,the existing organization modes and product service system of commercial banks,domestic and foreign wealth management planning cases,and the theory of family wealth management business development,the factors,current situation and existing problems of family wealth management business development of Beijing Bank are analyzed.This paper analyses the causes of the problems and tries to find suitable feasible solutions and Countermeasures to promote the steady and rapid development of family wealth management business of Beijing Bank.
