In the new period,with the transformation of China’s economy from high-speed growth to medium-high-speed growth,the economic growth rate has entered the" L"-type stage.This means that China is entering a period of investment-driven economic development to a consumer-led phase of economic development.The transformation of economic system also promotes the pace of transformation of commercial banks.It is inevitable for Hankou Bank to transform and upgrade under the trend of economy.At present,the group of commercial banks has shown a diversified competition pattern,and the game of the whole financial market is volatile.In order to secure market share,commercial banks against each other,in the hope of winning the initiative in the "saw war." In such a cruel competitive environment,Hankou Bank must keep a clearunderstanding,formulate effective development strategies and strategies,and guide the transformation and upgrading of Hankou Bank with a wider vision.Hankou Bank must take the latest marketing concept as the guide,perfect the marketing mix strategy,introduce the high-tech talents,adjust the products and services at any time according to the market demand and the change of the business environment,and carry out the marketing management in an all-round way.Keep competitive advantage,only then can the torrent stand in the undefeated.Starting from the theory of marketing,this thesis analyzes the theory of marketing management of commercial banks.Secondly,the thesis studies the current marketing strategy of Hankou Bank,and excavates the problems and shortcomings in the marketing strategy of Hankou Bank.Thirdly,it analyzes the opportunities and challenges that Hankou Bank faces,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Hankou Bank’s marketing management.Finally,aiming at its problems and challenges,this paper systematically puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of Hankou Bank’s marketing strategy transformation and upgrading,and solves the difficulties of Hankou Bank’s development with the target standard of transformation and upgrading and the concrete measures of transformation and upgrading.
