Research On The Impact Of Equity Change On The Value Change Of An Agricultural Enterprise

Due to the continuous improvement of China's capital market,investors are more rational about investment.In the process of enterprise growth,there will be constant reduction or withdrawal of old shareholders.Equity change behavior usually sends a negative signal to the capital market,which will cause the company's stock price to fall in the short term.Therefore,it is theoretically and practically instructive to study the impact of corporate equity changes,especially the behavior of major shareholder reductions on company value.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature related to equity change,this paper first analyzes the equity change behavior,the impact of equity change on corporate value,equity structure and corporate value.Secondly,using the research methods of normative research,field research and case studies,the research oil the impact of equity changes on corporate value has been carried out.Thirdly,taking the equity change of Yida Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research case,the data of the three years from 2016 to 2018 was selected,and the value of the enterprise was evaluated by EVA model,and the change trend of EVA value before and after the change of shareholder equity was studied.In addition,the Tobin Q value is used to verify the accuracy of the EVA model results so that the research conclusions can accurately reflect the company's market value.The study found that the reform of equity change in agricultural enterprises has become a trend,and the performance of enterprises has been significantly improved after the equity change.After the company's shareholders make equity,the company's share price will fall in the short term.However,in the long run,its EVA value is on the rise,indicating that the change in equity is conducive to enhancing the value of the company.
