Research On The Impact Of New Income Standards On The Financial Situation Analysis Of The Telecom Industry

Since the issuance of the "Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises No.14 Revenue"(hereinafter referred to as the "New Income Standard" or "New Standards")in July 2017,the recognition and measurement of income has undergone great changes,and many of the new standards have been implemented.Enterprises need to make substantial adjustments,of which the telecommunications industry is very complex due to the complex types of business.Through the understanding of the telecommunications industry,it can be seen that China Unicom is listed at the same time at home and abroad,in line with the implementation conditions of the new standards in 2018.By reviewing the financial data,it is found that its assets,liabilities and interests have fluctuated and affected the company’s profits.This means that the company’s financial situation will be affected by the new income criteria,and the resulting changes will make the data comparatively accurate.And the implementation of the new standard is not carried out in the industry,and it also requires the company to pay attention to whether the new standard affects the analysis of the financial situation when conducting financial analysis.The company needs to analyze it more objectively so that the information is more comparable.Through understanding the telecommunications industry,this paper finds that China Unicom’s business type is the same as that of the same industry company,and because of its own differences in its own income measurement methods,it has analytical value and can better understand whether the new standard affects the financial status.Therefore,the problem studied in this paper is China Unicom as an example to analyze the impact of the new income standard on the financial status of the telecommunications industry,and to study whether the impact is significant and needs attention.The research status of this paper is that through the combing of the relevant literature of the new income standard,it is found that the current scholars mainly study the income content of the new standard,while the research on the telecommunication industry mainly focuses on the analysis of the measurement change of business income,but There are very few studies on the impact of other aspects of the new guidelines.Overall,the impact of the new income criteria research lacks an analysis of the impact on the financial situation.This part of the study will improve the analysis of the new income criteria.The research idea of this paper is to apply the case analysis method,taking China Unicom as an example,first analyze the financial situation of 2018,and understand the data changes in the past 5 years.Secondly,it analyzes the main changes in the impact of income,and combines the changes in the impact of statements and financial indicators,pointing out that the new standard has a positive or negative impact on the financial situation,and whether the impact is significant,and therefore requires the financial analysis The problem of attention,according to the above analysis,shows that the telecommunications industry is affected by the new standards and the changes in the financial situation.The main problems analyzed in this paper include the following four points:first,how China Unicom’s business income affected by the new standard changes;second,the impact of the new standard on the changes in financial statements;third,the new standard for financial indicators Impact analysis;Fourth,the need to pay attention to the analysis of financial status.Through the above analysis,the conclusion of the impact of the new income standard on the financial situation of China Unicom is drawn,and its opinions are put forward for the areas that need to be improved.The innovation of this paper and the significance of the research is to analyze the impact of the new income standard based on the financial situation.During the transition period of the implementation of the new standard,the telecom industry company provides a reference value for understanding the financial situation of the company and proposes new The impact of the guidelines on the financial situation of the telecommunications industry can not be ignored,so that the company can improve its financial situation more effectively.Through the above research,we hope to deepen the company’s understanding of the new standards and promote the further improvement of the new standards.
