With the increasingly fierce competition in the market,the battle for talents is becoming more and more fierce.Talents,as the source of enterprise innovation,play an important role in whether enterprises can achieve greater development in the severe market environment.In order to attract and retain talents,enterprises have offered attractive salaries,which also makes the salary system a topic of frequent concern in recent years.As a manager of an enterprise,how to distribute salary more reasonably is the key to manage the enterprise well.Transparent and open salary system has gradually become the common requirement of most employees.Through the research methods of literature research and field investigation,this paper takes T Small Credit Company as the object of this investigation,analyses the satisfaction of T Small Credit Company’s customer managers to the current salary,puts forward that T Small Credit Company needs to further complement and improve the salary management program,and also provides some useful suggestions for other financial enterprises’ salary management.Through this investigation and research,the main reasons why the customer managers of T small loan enterprises are dissatisfied with the current salary management scheme are as follows:lack of corresponding supervision and management norms,lack of sustainability,and non-standard time and place of issuance.The salary management scheme has attacked the enthusiasm of customer managers and failed to achieve fairness and justice to them,thus affecting the long-term development of T small loan enterprises.In addition,in order to solve the demands of customer managers and improve the enterprise salary management system,the article analyzed the company situation under the current salary management system in detail,including the company’s operation status,work efficiency,staff work enthusiasm and so on.According to the actual situation of the enterprise,an upgraded salary scheme is designed,and different salary standards and reward schemes are set according to the work schedule,so as to ensure the maximum scientific and reasonable salary management system.At the end of the paper,the author gives some suggestions on how to guarantee the implementation of the improved compensation management scheme,including how to explain the benefits of the scheme to all parties,especially to the personal interests of employees.At the same time,after improvement,the scheme can theoretically improve the working efficiency of T small loan company and increase its operating profits.
