Study On The Development Of B&B Tourism Of Shuanglang Dali

In recent years,as a new type of non-standard accommodation,domestic residential accommodation has flourished.The integration of residential accommodation and tourism has resulted in residential tourism,which has become an inevitable choice for the upgrading of tourism consumption.On the one hand,the development of rural residential tourism has brought about the revitalization and prosperity of the countryside,as well as the increase of farmers’income and even poverty alleviation and prosperity;on the other hand,many local residential quarters are in a "barbaric growth"state,with excess number of residential accommodation and serious homogenization of management,which seriously hinders the healthy development of residential tourism.Shuanglang Town in Dali,Yunnan Province,has become the frontier and symbol of residential tourism development because of its unique resource advantages.Shuanglang residential tourism has been sought after by tourists.However,Dali Shuanglang residential tourism is experiencing profound differentiation and iteration so far,and many problems need to be solved urgently.Especially in the environmental protection of Erhai Lake,the pollution caused by tourism activities is becoming increasingly prominent.With the implementation of Erhai Lake environmental management in Dali Prefecture,Shuanglang accommodation was forced to undergo more than a year of closure and reorganization.Now some of the accommodation have resumed business,but the residential tourism market is relatively depressed.Therefore,it is of great research significance and practical value to compare the development of Dali Shuanglang residential tourism at home and abroad,learn from its successful cases and experience,and then promote the transformation and upgrading of local residential tourism development.This paper takes the residential tourism as the research object,compares the development of residential tourism at home and abroad by comparative research method,and tries to provide new ideas for the development of residential tourism in Dali Shuanglang.On the basis of clarifying the research background,research purpose,research significance,research progress and research methods,this paper makes a comparative study on the development of residential tourism at home and abroad on the platform of industry convergence,comparative economics,comparative management and tourism related theories.Secondly,SWOT analysis and comparative analysis are made on the development status of Shuanglang residential tourism in Dali,pointing out its existing problems and drawing comparative conclusions.Finally,it puts forward the strategic combination of Dali Shuanglang residential tourism development,the strategy of "from the sea mountain" and specific suggestions.The innovation of this paper lies in:Using the method of comparative study,this paper makes a detailed and comprehensive comparative analysis of the development modes of domestic and foreign residential tourism.Taking Dali Shuanglang residential tourism as the research object,this paper proposes to change its original development mode of residential tourism and renew the development mode of residential tourism iteratively.
