With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,diversification has become a strategic choice for many enterprises.Tourism industry has high profit and huge growth space.Many enterprises regard tourism business as a diversified area of expansion.Among these enterprises,it is more common for the state-owned enterprises with urban construction and development as their main business to choose tourism as a diversified business because of business relevance and advantages of government-enterprise relationship.However,after choosing the development oftourism business,the coordinated development between tourism business and core main business has become an important issue of concern to local governments and related enterprises.In recent years,with the rapid development of urban construction and development business,YMCI has expanded rapidly in tourism business,especially in tourist attractions business.It has become one of the pioneers in expanding tourism business in state-owned enterprises with urban construction and development as the core business.Taking Yunnan Chengdu Investment Group as the specific research object,this paper will lock the research time in the group's entry into the tourism industry until 2017.With the relevant literature and theoretical basis as a reference,firstly,this paper combs the relevant situation of YMCI,qualitatively analyses the development of the group as a whole,tourist attractions business and urban construction development business,and then establishes the evaluation index system of coupling based on the performance evaluation system.After calculatting the original data according to the evaluation index system of coupling,this paper standardizes the original data and establishes the index weight by using min-max standardization and entropy method.Then this paper calculates the coupling results of the tourist attractions business and urban construction and development business of YMCI with the aid of the development level evaluation model,coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model.Finally,the coupling results are evaluated by using ten-level classification.Through the analysis of this paper,below conclusions are drawn:1.There is an interactive coupling relationship between the tourist attractions business and the urban construction development business of YMCI.And there is a short-term good coupling relationship in the early stage of the establishment of the tourist attractions business,but the coupling development encounter the bottleneck.2.The main cause of the bottleneck is the extensive development of the business and the lack of business interconnection.3.The development of tourist attractions business by metropolitan construction investment corporation has certain influence on its core urban construction development business,but this influence depends not only on the interconnection between the two businesses,but also on the respective business development level.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the coupling development of two businesses YMCI,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of idea and system construction,improving development quality and business synergy,upgrading of scientific and technological means,etc.,providing reference for the development tourism business by YMCI and other enterprises with the urban contraction development as their core business.
