Analysis And Countermeasure Research On IPO Financial Fraud Of Agricultural Enterprises

In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to agricultural development.In order to rapidly promote the development of agricultural industrialization and modernization,a series of policies and measures for benefiting farmers have been introduced.In 1918,the 19 th National Congress also explicitly proposed to support the rapid development of agricultural enterprises and support the listing financing of leading enterprises.More and more agricultural enterprises have entered the securities market,and the increase in agricultural listed companies reflects the achievements of China's agricultural industrialization.However,in the process of IPO of agricultural enterprises,the number of illegal cases of financial fraud has become more serious,not only in number but also in nature.Under the high-pressure supervision of the China Securities Regulatory Commission,why is the phenomenon of financial fraud in agricultural enterprises IPO repeated? Can his fraud be effectively controlled? How to control the financial fraud of agricultural IPO and avoid the occurrence of financial fraud has become a top priority.Based on the existing research,this paper analyzes the IPO financial fraud cases in the securities market for the past 20 years,and analyzes the number of frauds,scale,time and so on.It finds that the financial fraud of agricultural enterprises has high fraud and continuity.Compared with the general financial fraud,the fraudulent means usually adopts means of inflating income and inflating assets,and there is no way to reduce profits.Based on the theory of risk factor fraud motivation and information asymmetry,this paper combines the current situation of IPO financial fraud in agricultural enterprises,and through the specific case of Zhenlong IPO financial fraud,the causes of IPO financial fraud in agricultural enterprises and their fraud methods.Based on the above,this paper believes that it is necessary to improve personal moral cultivation;promote the implementation of registration system to weaken IPO fraud motives;reduce fraud opportunities;increase the possibility of fraud being discovered;increase illegal costs and other aspects to strengthen financial fraud in order to effectively prevent and control the IPO financial fraud of China's agricultural enterprises.
