In today's society,the Internet and smart phones have been widely used,and domestic commercial banks have gradually regarded mobile banking as a powerful tool for their business development,customer development,and competition for resources.As a part of the e-banking business,although mobile banking was not recognized by many parties when it was first introduced to the market,after nearly 20 years of growth and development,mobile banking has taken advantage of its convenience to the extreme and is being More and more customers are using it.As one of the earliest state-owned banks in China to launch mobile banking with China Mobile,Bank of China currently covers about 200 financial services,and even overseas mobile banking services cover 18 countries and regions.However,the widespread use of the Internet today provides a strong support for the construction and development of third-party payment platforms,which has greatly impacted the traditional banking industry.Under such a market environment,how mobile banking should face future opportunities and challenges,and how to develop healthily and steadily in the L region is still a problem that the Bank of China L Branch needs to pay attention to.Therefore,this paper first introduces the basic situation of Bank of China L Branch and the development of mobile banking.Next,through the comparison of intra-bank data and peer data,the development status of Bank of China L Branch mobile banking business is explained,and the questionnaire is used to understand China.The customer structure and customer experience of Bank L Bank's mobile banking,and then elaborate the existing development environment of Bank of China L Branch Mobile Banking from three aspects: policy environment,market environment and technical environment,and analyze the internal necessity and external necessity of its development.On this basis,we will study the existing problems of the Bank of China L Bank Mobile Banking one by one,and further propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of Bank of China L Bank Mobile Banking.It is hoped that this research will be conducive to the future development of Bank of China L Bank Mobile Bank,so that customers can deeply feel the portability of mobile banking for people's lives,and thus enhance the competitiveness of Bank of China L Branch in the field of mobile banking.
