Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the continuous development of non-renewable energy sources such as oil and coal,and the ever-increasing primary energy pollution,people are increasingly demanding sustainable secondary energy sources.Solar photovoltaic power generation has ushered in a very rapid development as a clean energy source.As a world-leading German-owned company specializing in the design,manufacture and sale of photovoltaic inverter systems,S(China)is committed to being a leader in the photovoltaic industry and providing effective solutions for current energy pollution,although S(China)company has wholly acquired a private PV inverter company in China to officially enter the Chinese market,but how to deal with the increasingly fierce competition in the Chinese market and the constraints from the company's own operation and management bottlenecks is related to whether the company can develop once.The key issues that need to be solved are strong.As we all know,in a fierce market competition environment,a company's response to the market is often reflected in its process design.Therefore,the excellence of process design can have a relatively large impact on corporate competitiveness and even market position.This article through the S(China)company's current after-sales service process business,from the overall description of the service blueprint of the after-sales service department,while collecting feedback from employees and other opinions,and conduct analysis and discussion meetings,using fish bone analysis methods for problems The influencing factors are compared in order of importance,select and confirm several key factors that have a great impact on the problem,combined with literature research and bottleneck theory,analyze and study the existing problems from a certain theoretical level,and propose effective and effective process improvement.The plan redesigns and optimizes each process relationship,adjusts the organizational structure reasonably,integrates and simplifies the operation process,and effectively supports the implementation of process optimization through informationization.Therefore,it can solve the problems of low customer satisfaction,long maintenance period,and problematic feedback that cannot be dealt with in time,make up for the shortage of enterprises,improve market competitiveness,expand market share,and provide practical case samples for industry development,which has certain reference value and practical significance.
