In development in the new period,energy conservation and environmental protection has become the inevitable requirement of development,"green" has become the current development of a new concept,and some new design for the research,LED lighting is the development of a new technology in recent years,compared with the traditional lighting,LED lighting features: energy saving,security,environmental protection,long service life,fast response,high luminance,etc,and the luminous directivity is very strong,the light energy concentration degree is high,to meet the requirement of energy conservation and environmental protection during the new period,also determines the value of the promotion of its advantages.With the deepening of LED research,China has formed a complete industrial chain of development.The south China region is represented by the LED industry development in shenzhen and guangzhou of guangdong province,which has attracted international LED lighting enterprises,including philips.After the rapid development in recent years,LED lighting application is becoming more and more mature,each major brand has occupied their own market share,the former blue sea market has become a red sea market,the competition is more and more fierce,the competition has become increasingly heated.How to design and adopt appropriate and correct marketing strategies in such a fierce competitive environment so as to seize the market opportunity and occupy more market shares is a topic of great significance and worth studying and discussing.This topic explores the marketing strategy of LED lighting in south China,and its research object is philips LED lighting driver.Taking philips as an example,this topic explores its marketing strategy in south China,promotes the development of LED lighting industry in south China,and promotes the realization of green lighting.Thistopic research mainly based on the theory of marketing,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the philips LED lighting drive marketing environment in southern China,and also used the interview research methods to investigate the needs of customers,this paper analyzes on the factors of target market of customer demand,and zero quantitative empirical methods using the questionnaire survey to understand the influence factors of the target market demand.In this paper,the current marketing situation of philips in south China is described and analyzed in detail,and the existing problems in LED drive marketing of philips in south China are analyzed and studied in detail according to the 4Ps marketing theory.Then it makes a detailed analysis of the macro and micro economic environment,conducts a targeted analysis and research on the market demand of LED lighting drivers,and then carries out a SWOT analysis on philips LED drivers.At last,the market segmentation and market positioning of LED driver were carried out,and the specific marketing strategy of philips LED driver in south China was put forward.Then,according to the specific marketing strategy after adjustment and optimization,the corresponding implementation guarantee measures were designed to ensure the final realization of the marketing strategy.Subject mainly to solve the problem is to find the problems existing in the philips LED drive sales in southern China region,from the product,pricing,channel and promotion strategy analysis,and using the market marketing theory to philips business in southern China marketing team to positioning,optimize and adjust the marketing plan,realize the stable development of the region's business.For other LED enterprises,the author also hopes that this research topic can play a certain reference role.
