In recent years,with the rapid development of modern communication industry and the rise of many domestic communication enterprises,the competition environment in the industry has become increasingly fierce.Based on the above,the choice of competitive strategy for the development of telecommunication enterprises is closely related to the survival of enterprises.This paper focuses on the theoretical framework of industry life cycle theory to determine the stage of communication industry life cycle,and to study how enterprises choose and implement competitive strategies under the background of industry life cycle.In this paper,the basic qualitative judgment of the life cycle stage of the domestic telecommunication industry is made by the comparative judgment method of experience in the development stage,and the further qualitative judgment of the life cycle stage of the telecommunication industry is made by the analysis of market concentration degree.Then,the quantitative analysis of the life cycle stage of the domestic telecommunication industry is carried out by Gong Boz curve fitting method based on the output value data of the telecommunication industry.Finally,in the context of determining the life cycle stage of the telecommunications industry,according to the actual operating conditions of the company,the evaluation matrices of internal and external factors are established respectively,and the quantitative strategic plan matrix is established accordingly.Through the evaluation results,the judgment basis for the strategic choice of A company is made,and the concrete implementation method is put forward.This paper analyses the characteristics of each stage of the life cycle of the telecommunication industry,and the suitable strategic combination for enterprises.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,it is concluded that the life cycle of the telecommunications industry is in the late stage of growth.Combining with the actual situation of A company's operation and the characteristics of industry life cycle stage,it is suggested that A company establish its competitive advantage by combining differentiation strategy with centralization strategy and put forward the strategy implementation method.
