| With the increasingly fierce market competition,cash flow has become more and more important for the development and operation of enterprises,the cash flow situation of enterprises will affect the overall value to a certain extent,the construction of cash flow management system has become an important part of the future development of enterprises.As the times go by,it is no longer enough for companies to focus on cash flow management to meet the needs of future development.At the same time,enterprises need to pay attention to their own value chain,but also based on the value chain perspective to analyze cash flow,pay attention to value creation,enhance their comprehensive strength,always pay attention to the enterprise management,financing,financing brought about by the cash flow situation,in order to better use cash flow to promote the development of enterprises.This study takes the relevant literature and academic achievements of cash flow under the value chain as a reference theory,and analyzes the cash flow status of Shanxi Fenjiu Group from the background of the overall development of China's liquor industry in recent years.This paper analyzes and discusses the cash flow generated by the operating activities of Shanxi Fenjiu Group,the cash flow generated by the financing activities,the cash flow generated by the investment activities and the current situation of cash flow management under the value chain,and finds that there may be some problems in its cash flow,and also puts forward several optimization measures through the internal and external value chain cash flow management.Such as improving the efficiency of free cash flow,improving financing and investment capacity,shortening the enterprise cash flow cycle.In order to make the enterprise more quickly straighten out the value chain cash flow management ideas,it will help the Fenjiu group to better manage the cash flow,so as to adapt to the increasingly fierce external market competition environment. |
