Financing difficulty and high cost of small and micro enterprises have always been a worldwide problem,which is one of the important factors restricting the development of small and micro enterprises.In order to effectively alleviate the "symptoms" of small and micro businesses,premier li keqiang pointed out at the executive meeting of the state council in 2014 that financial institutions in the banking industry should be encouraged to separately list credit plans for small and micro businesses,and large Banks should be encouraged to set up specialized agencies for small and micro businesses.However,due to the lack of development experience,in recent years,China's small and micro enterprises franchised institutions exit the trend accelerated.On the basis of comprehensive reference to domestic and foreign scholars' research,combined with the current situation of financing support for small and micro enterprises in China,this paper expounds the necessity of developing small and micro enterprises' exclusive institutions.Yichun local financial institutions at the same time as the example,through analyzing the development situation of local small micro enterprise specializing in institutions and small staff questionnaire survey,it is concluded that small micro enterprise specializes in the development of institutional characteristics and micro micro personnel for small business realistic expectations,and found the local small micro enterprise specializing in institutions in small micro lending,Banks internal assessment,policy support,etc.There is a problem.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the reasons leading to their emergence,and concludes that the franchised institutions of small and micro enterprises have problems in financial services,management and policies,such as small differences in financial services,high assessment pressure,and inadequate implementation of policies.Finally,by taking Wells Fargo as an example and listing its small and micro financial business and assessment system,the paper draws some experience and practices worth learning and problems worth reflecting,and puts forward three-dimensional transformation ideas and Suggestions for the development of specialized institutions of small and micro businesses in China.In order to provide reference for the further development of small and micro enterprises in China.
