| The development of the Internet economy has spawned a series of related industries.Taxi,as an important part of the urban transportation system,has played an important role in solving people’s travels,but it also faces problems such as “difficulty in taxis and high idling rate”.As a new thing,the network car has effectively compensated and alleviated the situation of “difficulty in taxiing” by taking advantage of its convenience and economy.It has revitalized the idle manpower and material resources,promoted resource sharing,and enriched the travel experience of the people.People’s favor,rapid development,played an irreplaceable role in people’s travel.However,the popularity of the network car has also brought a series of problems,resulting in the violation of the legitimate rights and interests of many users,the service and security of the network car has been questioned.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the satisfaction of users of online car and promote the healthy and orderly development of the network car industry.This paper takes the network car users as the research object,takes the technology acceptance model and the user satisfaction model as the theoretical basis,combines the characteristics of the network car,and integrates the four main factors of user expectation,user perception,user loyalty and user complaint.In the network car satisfaction model,through the form of in-depth interviews and questionnaires,data collection of user satisfaction is conducted to study the effect of various factors on user satisfaction.In this survey,300 questionnaires were distributed through online and offline methods,and 269 valid samples were collected.Descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis and confirmatory analysis of the recovered data were carried out by SPSS21.0 and AMOS17.0 data analysis software to verify the model hypothesis of this paper.Through research,it is found that user expectation has a significant positive impact on user satisfaction.The economic,convenience,security,and literacy of user perception have a significant positive impact on user satisfaction,and user interaction is interactive to user satisfaction.The impact is not significant,user satisfaction has asignificant positive impact on user loyalty,has a significant negative impact on user complaints,and user complaints have a significant negative impact on user loyalty.Finally,according to the research results,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects:improving the convenience of taxiing,formulating reasonable charging standards,constructing platform security mechanism,actively handling customer complaints,strengthening platform supervision system,and improving industry credit system.The limitations and prospects of this paper are also carried out.to sum up. |
