Application Research On Bank Of Communications Shandong Branch Performance Evaluation Based On Balanced Score Card

With the opening of China's financial industry to the world,domestic Banks and foreign Banks have launched comprehensive cooperation and competition.Domestic Banks should strengthen the win-win cooperation with foreign Banks by improving business performance and actively seize the international market.Secondly,the rapid rise of e-commerce and Internet finance has led to the optimization and upgrading of the national economic structure.Innovation-driven development has become the driving force for the development of the industry.Domestic Banks should follow the wave of reform by improving their own performance.The improvement of bank performance will inevitably involve the evaluation of performance and the improvement of problems.Therefore,how to choose the method to evaluate bank performance and how to adopt the improvement countermeasures after finding the problems in performance have become the practical problems to be solved urgently by domestic Banks.In this regard,this paper selected the bank of communications,which occupies an important share in China's commercial Banks,as an example,and took its SD branch as the research object.The research content is divided into five parts: first,this paper shows the background and significance of the research,and reviews the literature research of commercial bank performance evaluation and balanced scorecard at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper expounds the concept of performance evaluation methods of commercial Banks,the limitations of traditional performance evaluation methods of commercial Banks and the connotation and advantages of balanced scorecard,and points out the feasibility and necessity of the application of balanced scorecard in performance.Then,this paper introduces the basic situation of the bank of communications SD branch,organizational structure,and performance evaluation of the status quo.Through elaborating the construction steps of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system of the SD branch of bank of communications,make the strategic map,select the evaluation index and determine the weight of the index,until the establishment of the performance evaluation index system of the balanced scorecard of the SD branch of bank of communications;Then,this paper calculatesthe standard value and the actual value of its dimensional performance evaluation index by inputting the actual data of the SD branch of bank of communications into the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system,and conducts performance evaluation and problem analysis on the four dimensions of the SD branch of bank of communications through the score summary and total score rating of the four dimensions;Finally,this paper analyzes the problems after the performance evaluation of the SD branch of bank of communications,and puts forward several suggestions to improve the performance.
