As an important part of national economic development,smes account for 49% of the number of enterprises in China.At present,small and medium-sized enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in ensuring moderate growth of national economy and optimizing economic structure.Small and medium-sized enterprises(smes)have small assets,poor market risk tolerance and prominent financial management problems,which are the key to the development of smes.This article with Y company as object,based on relevant theories of financial management,the relevant experts on the basis of research achievements at home and abroad for reference,using the method of literature review,case study method,qualitative analysis,quantitative dupont analysis method and questionnaire investigation are analyzed about the present situation of Y to financial management,find out the problems in financial management.Combined with the actual financial development of Y company,the causes of these problems are analyzed in depth,and then the countermeasures for improving Y company's financial management are proposed.In the investment activities,the degree of investment specialization is low,the investment concept is backward,the investment efficiency is low,and the investment is too blind;In the working capital management,the cash management system is not perfect,the working capital is insufficient,the inventory and accounts receivable management method is backward and the fund management informationization degree is low;In the distribution of profit,the payment rate of profit is low,the form of profit distribution is single,and the difference of employee's salary is too large.In view of the above problems,on the basis of the actual situation of Y company,the paper puts forward specific Suggestions on financing management,investment management,working capital management and profit distribution.
