After 40 years development since the opening and reform,China's textile and apparel enterprises have developed from rapid to the bottleneck stage.China's clothing brand from scratch,but at present we do not have a well-known brand in the international market.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of HL Company,China is now on the road of transformation from a manufacturing big country to a manufacturing powerful one;HL Company is also on the road of transformation from its development go from following to leading,from a national brand to the world famous brand.HL,as a well-known domestic clothing brand in China,has more than 4,000 stores and 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions throughout the country after more than 20 years of development.At present,HL has reached the bottleneck of development,and international development is its most urgent choice.Through the research of its company and the global market of the whole garment industry,this paper provides the development ideas and direction for its international development strategy.The key to its international development is the construction of two kinds of talents.One is the construction of international design talents,the other is the construction of international market operation talents,and provides ideas for its construction.At the same time,it also mentioned that under the current domestic and international environment,the best opportunity and method to enter the international market is to join the local channel merchants to create new retail stores by combining the leading big data,artificial intelligence and e-commerce methods in China.To solve the international traditional shopping way of pain points,innovative way to enter the international market.
