| The effective flow of capital can improve the allocation efficiency of production factors and drive economic balanced growth.The development and opening of the bohai rim region was put forward in the 14th report of the party,and the concept of "bohai rim economic circle" was formally established by the relevant departments of the state.As in north China’s largest economic zone around bohai area,bearing the important task of the northern economy and the revitalization of the national economy development,at the same time,the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei,the national construction of "area" strategy is inseparable from the advance of the bohai rim region,thus accelerate the development of cooperation of the bohai rim region,is a matter of national regional coordinated development of the overall situation,is of great significance.However,the development of regional planning in bohai rim region is late,and regional economic development needs a process.Under such background,the reasonable capital flow status of bohai economic circle,is targeted to improve the capital flow effectively,to improve the regional production factor allocation efficiency and promoting regional economic growth is of great significance.The paper USES the data of prefecture-level city of bohai economic circle,adopts FH generalized space model,and measures the capital flow level of bohai economic circle.Data analysis results show that the thinking of saving and investment rates spatial correlation of FH generalized space model is better than that of FH model,under the first order relating right weight matrix,capital liquidity index rose to 0.6070 from 0.4753,under the inverse distance weighting matrix,capital liquidity index rose to 0.6048.In recent years,the capital flow level of bohai economic circle is low.Time stages,according to the results of the analysis of capital flows in 2003 to 2003 level between 2011 and 2015,above the level of capital flows,the first weighting matrix situation,capital liquidity index rose to 0.561 from 0.417,the inverse distance weighting matrix situation,capital liquidity index rose to 0.568 from 0.450.The results show that the capital flow level of the provinces in bohai rim is poor.Analysis results based on the bohai economic circle capital flows,combining with the actual situation of the bohai economic circle,this paper proposes a national beijing-tianjin-hebei collaborative development strategy,grasp the chance in Beijing and zhangjiakou jointly host the 2022 winter Olympics,the elimination of all provinces and cities of administrative barriers to achieve unified understanding policy Suggestions,in order to improve the level of regional capital flow,promote the development of regional economic stability. |
