E-commerce companies that grew up in the Internet era have had a certain impact on physical retail enterprises,which has intensified market competition in the retail industry.Although physical retail enterprises opened online and offline sales models in the Internet era,they still face many challenges.For example,the lack of professionals with industry experience,strong mobility,cost loss rate and high operating costs have led to difficulties in daily business operations.Therefore,in the industry environment and the internal environment of the enterprise,the research question in this paper which is based on human capital theory,stakeholder theory,incentive theory and amoeba management theory,explore the implementation effect of Y supermarket partner system and propose to help the supermarket industry.The internal mechanism of the development of Chinese enterprises.The current research status is the application of the embedded partner system in the company system.The similarity between the Y supermarket partner system and Haier's self-management system is similar to the amoeba business model,although all studies have been conducted.The partner system implemented in conjunction with the company's development,but the internal mechanism of the system affecting the development of the company was ignored in the study.The research idea of this paper is to analyze the basic situation and incentives of the company's employees,the organizational structure and management methods of the company from the perspective of human capital and organizational management.In the enterprise performance level,Y supermarkets and retail giants Wal-Mart and domestic The enterprise Hualian comprehensive comparison,deep analysis of the applicability of the partner system to the Y supermarket,and explore how to better implement the partner system to ensure the sound development of the company.The study found:(1)Y supermarket's partner system has increased the enthusiasm of employees and increased the income of employees.The company pays more attention to the cultivation of talents and promotes the optimization of organizational structure.(2)Due to the improvement of employees'enthusiasm and the changes of the organization group,they maintain a more rigorous and meticulous attitude at work.This reduces the cost and the profitability of the Y supermarket,which is the main fresh product.(3)Analysis of value creation of Y supermarket's business classification shows that the partner system improves the efficiency of the company's value creation,but with the expansion of the company and the increase in the number of employees,the operational efficiency of the company is reduced to some extent.The innovation and application value of this paper:Compared with the previous research,this paper analyzes the reasons and basic mechanisms of the implementation of the Y supermarket partner system in the context of the supermarket industry.The implementation of the system focuses on employee-oriented,improves the efficiency of employees,promotes the transformation of organizational structure and management methods,and explores the advantages brought by the implementation of the partner system to the enterprise in terms of corporate performance.This case study provides reference for both the theoretical and practical aspects of the positive incenti-ves for employees through the implementation of the partnership system,and has certain guiding significance for the future practice of the partner system in the supermarket industry.
