Supporting Conditions For Green Development

Green development,as a novel style of development,needs to be pushed forward with optimization of its supporting elements.This paper selects the supporting elements of green development as the research point,and deeply analyzes the cultural background of green development,the source of thought,and the realistic path of development and practice in China.First and foremost,we analyzed the research status of green development at home and abroad.From the three aspects of Chinese traditional culture,foreign development concept and Marxist thought,the theoretical sources of green development are analyzed.The scientific connotation of green development was analyzed and the supporting elements of green development were summarized.Secondly,we proposed that technological innovation is the scientific and technological support of green development.In technological innovation,enterprises as the core of innovation need to improve their sense of innovation and independent innovation;universities and research institutes need to cultivate innovative talents,and the government needs to improve its institutional guarantee.The advancement of green technology is an external driving factor for green development,and internal promotion factors are equally important.Thirdly,it demonstrates the important position of green culture in green development,and proposes specific measures for the implementation of green culture,such as increasing training and education propaganda,and advocating green life and its consumption patterns.The development of green culture is proposed to further promote and deepen the theory of green development.Finally,it puts forward the social support of green development,discusses the leading role of green society construction in green development,points out the need to practice the concept of green development,introduces green inclusive policies,builds a green service-oriented government,and actively advocates the majority of citizens as masters.The form is involved in order to eliminate social exclusion and establish a green,just and inclusive society.We need to promote green development together and build an ecological and civilized society.
