Internal control is an important content of modern enterprise management,which has a direct influence on enterprise management activity.well-managed internal control can help enterprises enhance the ability of management and guarantee the legal business activities of compliance.Besides,the safety and integrity of the assets and financial information can be achieved thus and the management efficiency of enterprises and market competitiveness can be improved,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.Along with the “Supply side reform”,the domestic beer enterprise is now standing on the crossroads of development,new development opportunities along with the deepening of reform and continuously emerging,also comes with more severe challenges.Supply side reform” aims to promote industrial structure adjustment,reduce the invalid and low-end supply,expand effectively and in high-end supply,enhance the adaptability to changes in demand and supply structure flexibility,improve the total factor productivity and make the supply system to better adapt to the demand structure changes.In the recent three years,the domestic beer production enterprise growth having been going downward and shrinking exports,while domestic beer market has been eroded by foreign high-end craft beer.In this situation,the beer company needs not only to adjust the product organization,but also take measures of technology innovation,to improve their management level from the inside and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises may be an effective way.Inventory internal control is closely connected whit enterprise procurement,production,storage,sales and so on each link,which are integral parts of the internal control system.Inventory internal control can help improve enterprise inventory turnover,standard inventory business activities,so as to improve the capacity of the enterprise.If inventory internal control design badly run,may lead to weaken the enterprise assets loss and operational capabilities.For beer manufacturing enterprise,the inventories accounted for much in current assets,inventory management planning plays an important role in enterprise operation,and inventory internal control can benefit inventory business activities from the perspective of enterprise internal management for which security and power can be provided.Therefore,in the current economic situation,t is vital that the inventory control problem of beer enterprise has to be discovered,analyzed and solved,which holds important practical significance.Yanjing beer is one of the biggest beer enterprises in our country,with whom Qingdao beer,China Resources Snow Breweries,Budweiser occupies half of the beer market in China.Compared with the other three,the stock business of Yanjing beer has much room for improvement.In recent three years,the number of raw materials and hoarding of Yanjing beer are too much and proportion of stock is becoming increasingly large,at the same time,under the background that the domestic beer market are going downward,the number of finished goods are piled up,seriously affecting the enterprise's operation ability.The cause of this result is that the strategy to expand the scale of production to seize market,in which the inventory internal control defects can play a booster effect.In 2015,Yangjing beer started the deployment of ERP management system,which enables the inventory business to run with systematic information.However,the ERP system in different enterprises,which is in the face of the actual situation,differs in usage,thus it needs to continue improving.This paper is based on the whole procession of the inventory business in the beer company inventory,starting from the specific link,figuring out the beer inventory problems of internal control in Yanjing beer,then puts forward solutions,so as to provide certain reference in improving the operation management ability and the market competitiveness and optimizing product structure.This article firstly elaborates the research background and significance,and reviews the domestic and international scholars for beer company as well as its internal control about inventory related research,and then introduces the inventory internal control and the related concepts and theories of inventory business risk,coupled with Yanjing beer inventory internal control cases,and a deep insight into their goods and characteristics,business processes,inventory internal control current situation and its actual effect is the same comparison and evaluation.In terms of inventory structure and features,analyzing the Yanjing beer products and positioning,and finding out that the inventory has a strong regional,material supplier quantity and complicated process,characteristics of the logistics of finished product constraints.In the aspect of its inventory business process,and expounds the its choice of suppliers,the raw material and inventory turnover materials collection,production processes,and inventory,packaging shipped four links.Accordingly,the inventory internal control from the supplier selection,purchase plan and order management,production and warehouse management,sales order management plan and four aspects is discussed.For Yanjing beer stock business and its internal control status after a more comprehensive understanding,combined with relevant literature and news,on the problems existing in the internal control system of induction and list,found the supplier selection methods properly,some quality defects of raw material,raw material purchasing plan and actual demand disconnect survive,as a result of improper inventory,production plan is not reasonable structural imbalance,order estimation inaccuracy in inventory loss and other problems.And will appear these problems,because the size of its suppliers elastic large and difficult to manage,guide the strategic goal of making the inventory internal control neglected,horizontal information transmission and low efficiency of inventory management system,procurement and sales link the lack of risk assessment.Finally,this article through to the Yanjing beer inventory problems of internal control and the reason analysis,draw lessons from the advanced experience of the industry,and combined with the internal control related theory,sourcing from suppliers selection,inventory,information communication and risk assessment for the inventory internal control improvement Suggestions were put forward.
