| Focusing on agriculture is the outline of our country.With the vigorous development of industrialization and urbanization,the increasing flow of population and resources,and the continuous expansion of urban land space,the development of agriculture and ecological space is restricted,the spatial structure is unbalanced,and the contradictions between man and nature,production and living space are becoming increasingly prominent.In the strategy of Rural Revitalization in 2018,the CPC Central Committee put forward the strategic policy of coordinating production,living and Ecology space and optimizing the layout of rural development.The optimization of rural spatial pattern under the coordination of production-life-ecology is not only the requirement of the times for the development of rural modernization,but also the development requirement for optimizing the spatial development pattern of land and land.Qing'an County is not only a national green food production area,but also a national forest Ecology function area in the Great and Small Xing'an Mountains.It plays an important role in ensuring regional food security and Ecology security.In the past extensive mode of development and utilization,problems such as confusion of residential layout,deterioration of ecological environment,decline of cultivated land quality and imbalance of regional development have arisen.Therefore,the analysis of the coordination relationship between production-life-ecology space in Qing'an County and the exploration of the optimization strategy of rural spatial pattern are also the realistic needs of the optimization of rural spatial pattern in Northeast China,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of society,economy and ecology in Qing'an County.This paper chooses human-land relationship,optimal allocation of land space and coordinated development as the theoretical basis of the study,and adopts the methods of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,spatial analysis and index model.Based on the data collection and statistics of 14 villages and towns in Qing'an County,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of Production-Living-Ecology space based on the analysis of the spatial characteristics and main problems of rural Production-Living-Ecology,calculated its coordinated development level,and divided the type of rural spatial function,and putted forward the optimization strategy of spatial pattern.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The analysis on the spatial characteristics of Production-Living-Ecology space in the rural areas of Qing'an County.Based on the classification of land use function and identificationof dominant function,combined with the actual situation of Qing'an County,and on the premise of ensuring the red line of cultivated land protection and Ecology protection,this paper constructed a classification system of land use Production-Living-Ecology space in Qing'an County,and divided the land use space in Qing'an County into production spaces,living space and Ecology space.Among them,the total area of production space was 211123.54 hectares,accounting for 38.62% of the total land area of the county,mainly including agricultural production space and industrial production space,which are concentrated on the plain and relatively dependent on production factors.The living space area was 14252.13 hectares,accounting for 2.61% of the total land area of the county.It mainly includes urban living space and rural living space.which are distributed along the road network,and the layout of rural residential areas needs adjustment.The total area of Ecology space was 321295.54 hectares,accounting for 58.77% of the total land area of the county.It mainly includes Ecology adjustment space and Ecology accommodation space,distributed in high terrain areas,and the Ecology environment in some areas is fragile.The characteristics of rural space can lay a foundation for guiding the rational layout of rural space development in Qing'an County.(2)The analysis of the coordination degree of Production-Living-Ecology space development.According to the actual situation of rural development in Qing'an County,this paper uses the combination of attribute index and spatial index to construct the evaluation index system of rural Production-Living-Ecology space.Through comprehensive evaluation and coordination degree calculation of production,life and Ecology space of 14 townships,it is concluded that:1)The scores of production space evaluation were distributed between 0.1036 and 0.3160,of which Ping'an town is the highest and the Fa'zhan town is the lowest,showing the distribution characteristics of "concentrating around elements,decreasing from center to exterior".The scores of living space evaluation were distributed between 0.0704 and 0.1544,of which Qing'an town is the highest and the Da'luo town is the lowest,showing the distribution characteristics of "county areas scored the highest,the cross-distribution of strength and weakness".The scores of Ecology space evaluation were distributed between 0.0812 and 0.2264,of which Jian'min town is the highest and the Tong'le town is the lowest,showing the distribution characteristics of "relying on the advantages of mountainous areas,banded in series".2)The coordination degree of productionliving in each town was concentrated in the range of 0.1826-0.8233,and the coordinated development of Xin'sheng town and Fa'zhan town and Tong'le town has a good level.The coordination degree of Production-Ecology was concentrated in the range of 0.1769-0.9958,and the coordinated development of Xin'sheng town and Fa'zhan town and Tong'le town has a good level.The coordination degree of living-Ecology was concentrated in the range of 0.6335-0.9813,and the coordination degree of all townships in the county is good.On the whole,the evaluation results of rural Production-Living-Ecology space in Qing'an County differed slightly,but the coordination degree of each township was quite different.(3)The optimizing strategies of rural spatial pattern.Based on the analysis of thecoordination degree of the spatial development of Production-Living-Ecology in Qing'an County,and on the basis of the theory of the relationship between the whole and the part,and from the perspective of the rural spatial function,combined with the calculation results of the coordination degree of the spatial development of Production-Living-Ecology,this paper divides the rural space of Qing'an County into the leading function optimization type,the two-way function coordination type and the spatial reorganization type of Production-Living-Ecology,and puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures on this basis.It will provide practical guidance for the optimal allocation of land and space resources and the compilation of rural planning.The leading function optimization includes Min'le town,Ping'an town,Qin'lao town,Jiu'sheng town,Xin'sheng town and Fa'zhan town.Based on their functional advantages,this paper putted forward the optimization strategies of "industrial agglomeration,linkage development","resource integration,rural tourism" and "rational development,Ecology conservation";Two-way functional coordination includes Qing'an town,Ju Bao'shan town,Jian'min town,Feng'shou town and Zhi'fu town.Based on its functional advantages,this paper putted forward the optimization strategy of "scale planting,human settlement experience".The spatial reorganization of Production-LivingEcology space includes Da'luo town,Tong'le town and Huan'sheng town.This paper putted forward the optimization strategy of "resource sharing,cross-border alliance".Taking the towns as a unit,this paper discusses the rural spatial optimization strategy of Qing'an County under the coordination of production-living-ecology.The research results can enrich the research content of rural spatial pattern optimization,and provide theoretical guidance for the optimal allocation of land and space resources and urban-rural planning.It is of practical significance to promote the development of agriculture and rural areas in Qing'an County,optimize the allocation of land and space resources,implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and build a modern countryside in the new period. |
