With the rise of the Internet entertainment industry,network broadcast has been sought after and loved by the public in China,and the number of network broadcast customer groups has grown rapidly On feb 19,2017,the People's Daily new media center officially launched its sina weibo and live national broadcast platforms.By the first half of 2018,China's total number of webcast users reached 448 million,with an annual growth rate of 22.6 percent.After several years of gestation and development,the live broadcasting industry has begun to take shape.More and more live broadcasting platforms are flooding into the market,and the market competition is very fierce.All of them want to occupy a place in the industry competition and obtain rich profit returns.This article takes the Panda TV live broadcast platform as an example to explore the optimization and improvement of its profit model to promote its competitive advantage in the fast-changing live broadcast industry,thereby expanding its market share.The research in this paper is divided into six parts.The first is the introduction,which briefly describes the research background and significance of this paper,and studies and sorts out relevant domestic research results.The second part is mainly to study and study the guiding theory of platform operation and profitability,and provide theoretical support for the following practical research.The third part expounds the development process of the webcast platform,and briefly analyzes its current characteristics,and compares and analyzes the representative webcast platforms at home and abroad.The fourth part analyzes the current status of the profit model of Panda TV live platform from online and offline.The fifth part summarizes and analyzes the specific problems existing in the profit model of Panda TV live broadcast platform.The sixth part summarizes and draws on the profit model of other webcasting platforms,and proposes countermeasures to improve the profit model of Panda TV live platform.This paper takes the profit model of Panda TV live broadcast platform as the research object,adopts the case analysis method,and uses the specific profit model of Panda TV live broadcast platform as a research example,analyzes the profit model of China's online platform company,and compares it with the mobile network platform.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current profit model of live Panda TV platform and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures and their future prospects.
