After the financial crisis in 2008,the global economy continued to be sluggish,and China's real economy was also severely damaged.Traditional manufacturing industry was going through a difficult transformation.Meanwhile,the stock loan risks are frequent met,the non-performing asset indicators deteriorates,and the asset quality has been seriously challenged.As a barometer of the economy,the financial industry has suffered from the largest shortage of assets in history.Under this context,the disposal and resolving ability of Commercial Banks' non-performing assets has increasingly become an important factor affecting Banks' core competitiveness.Therefore,it is necessary and of profound practical significance to study the risk control ability and disposal of non-performing loans of China's Commercial Banks.China Banking Regulatory Commission disclosed that,by the end of the fourth quarter of 2018,the non-performing loan balance of China's Commercial Banks reached 2 trillion yuan,with a non-performing loan ratio of 1.89%,the highest in the last decade.The continuously increase of the non-performing loan ratio in the banking industry not only hinders the sustainable development of the Banks themselves and affects the stability of the financial industry,but also seriously affects the rational allocation of resources in China.It will also encourage the bad business practices of enterprises and thus jeopardize the construction of the credit system.Based on previous studies and choose J Commercial Bank as an example,and through a comprehensive summary of the current situation of J Commercial Bank's non-performing loans,we concluded that J Commercial Bank's non-performing loans exist the following problems: Irrational departmental structure for disposing non-performing assets,unreasonable loan structure,weak pre-loan investigation and post-loan management,business over rules,inability to identify risks in advance and not functioning early warning of risks and relatively simple disposal methods of non-performing loans.Finally,the optimization measures for the control of J commercial bank's non-performing loans include integrating department resources,adjusting credit policies,improving the management system,putting the system first,creating a credit risk monitoring system and innovating the non-performing disposal mode,with the relevant safeguard measures,i.e.strengthen the personnel training,improve performance appraisal,and create a credit culture.
