The development of agricultural modernization is inseparable from the construction of agricultural mechanization,and the optimization of agricultural machine system is an important work content of agricultural mechanization management.The optimization of agricultural machine system can obtain reasonable agricultural equipment to achieve the maximum economic benefits.In order to promote conservation tillage,increase food production,and continuously introduce high-power agricultural machinery and equipment,the optimization of agricultural machinery systems is particularly important.Since the optimization results obtained by linear programming method are mostly non-integer solutions,exploring the agricultural machine system optimization model based on integer linear programming method has important theoretical and practical significance for optimizing agricultural machinery systems and promoting agricultural mechanization.This paper studies the whole process of corn,soybean and rice and the equipment of the dynamic machinery and working machinery required for each operation through the investigation of the current annual operation of the 852 farms in Baoqing County,Shuangyashan City,Heilongjiang Province.The comprehensive evaluation method is used to select and group agricultural machines,and an integer linear programming model for agricultural machine system optimization is established.The software Lingo14.0 is used to solve the problem,and finally the integer optimal solution equipped by the system is obtained.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the requirements of the whole mechanized machine and operation process of the 582 farm,combined with the data obtained from the field investigation,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the selection of the machine,and the order of the advantages and disadvantages of each machine was obtained.For reference for further selection.(2)The survey learned about the whole year's operation of the farm,plotted the agricultural stage map,established an integer linear programming model with the minimum economic cost as the goal,and applied Lingo software to optimize the model to obtain the farm machinery of the farm's annual operation project.The amount of equipment.Comparing the solution results with the current system,it can be seen that after the optimization,the farm reduced the number of agricultural machinery by 671 units,the unit cost per hectare was saved by 527 yuan,and the totaloperating cost was saved by 38.605 million yuan.(3)The results of the optimization of the agricultural machinery and equipment of the 852 farms in this paper provide reference for the adjustment of the agricultural machinery and equipment structure of the 852 farm,and guide the farm to rationally put the number of units in each farm operation stage,so that it can effectively arrange the whole process of mechanization of production operations,saving resources,Save costs and promote agricultural modernization more efficiently.
