Study On The Support Of Green Finance To Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

With the rapid development of the global economy,climate change,environmental degradation,resource depletion and other issues are becoming more prominent.Industrial structure is the focus of China's supply-side structural reform,and the upgrading of industrial structure needs to improve the quality and efficiency of supply.After reviewing the related literature at home and abroad were reviewed and found that the green financial guide through capital accumulation and capital to support the upgrading of industrial structure,green finance through the rational allocation of credit funds accounted for as a way to guide money by "two high" left industry into the green industry,increase the financing cost high pollution energy intensive industries,alleviate the capital constraints of advantage industry,promote industrial structure upgrade in China.It can be seen that green finance plays a significant role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.In this paper,the research process is as follows: first,the literature review part of the research on industrial structure upgrade from the necessity of upgrading of industrial structure,industrial structure and the problems existing in the structural reform and supply side of the contact three aspects,the research of green finance and from the necessity of development of green finance green financial links with the upgrading of industrial structure for carding analysis.In the process of literature review,it is found that the main problems existing in the industrial structure are the polarization of industrial structure and the imbalance of industrial structure supply.The development of green finance can provide financial support for the upgrading of industrial structure.Second,the theoretical analysis part analyzes the externality theory,sustainable development theory and industrial structure upgrading theory,and analyzes the mechanism of green finance's influence on industrial structure upgrading from the perspectives of capital formation mechanism,capital guidance mechanism and information disclosure mechanism.Third,the status quo analysis USES the statistical description method to analyze the development status of China's industrial structure,the status quo of the development of green finance and the status quo of the development of green finance to support the industrial structure.Fourth,empirically test the impact of green finance on the upgrading of industrial structure.Firstly,the VAR model is used to empirically test the impact of green finance on the upgrading of industrial structure.Secondly,empirically test the impact of green finance on the upgrading of industrial structure.The research results are as follows :(1)green finance can promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the development of green industry,but the small scale of green finance development needs to deepen the development of green finance and improve the development scale and efficiency of green finance.(2)while supporting industrial structure upgrading,green finance can realize its own sustainable development.(3)the development of green industry can expand the scale of green finance.Fifth,support for foreign green financial industrial structure upgrade is analyzed,the practice of our country put forward with the combination of theoretical analysis and the analysis of the status quo of green financial support upgrading of industrial structure policy recommendations,including the green credit,green bonds and deepen the development of green finance green fund three aspects,strengthen international exchanges and cooperation in green finance,improve the green financial related laws and regulations,strengthen the environmental risk management of financial institutions.
