The Research On The Performance Management Of Chengdu New Oriental Exhibition Company

Chengdu New Oriental Exhibition Company belongs to the cultural service industry.It has rich and abundant traditional media resources background.At the same time,as a relatively young state-owned enterprise in Sichuan Province,Chengdu New Oriental Exhibition Company has developed rapidly in recent years.However,as a state-owned enterprise,it is also subject to institutional constraints.Chengdu New Oriental internal management level is very backward,especially in performance management.This paper,as a special research type of paper,mainly uses three research methods:literature analysis,field investigation and comprehensive analysis.First,the research materials about performance management from home and abroad are searched and interpreted,thus the theoretical basis is formed as the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,performance management is an internal management behavior of the enterprise.The research object,Chengdu New Oriental Exhibition Company is being visit,the employees consulted,and the status of the company's performance management investigated.Thirdly,combined with the theory and the investigation on the present situation of performance management of Chengdu New Oriental Exhibition Company.,the paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward suggestions.This paper holds explicitly that the performance management system is effective to the improvement of the management level of the enterprise.It also points out the problems in the system and in the implementation process as well as other issues existing in the performance management of Chengdu New Oriental Exhibition Company.It sets the objectives of performance management,establishes and improves the performance appraisal,evaluation and feedback system,so as to improve the overall performance management system of Chengdu New Oriental Exhibition Company.At the meantime,this paper also holds that Chengdu New Oriental Exhibition Company should put emphasis on building the enterprise culture of the performance management.For example,being more efficient,fairer and more cooperative.In this way,all the employees can participate in the management process.
