In recent years,the economic situation is complex and changeable,and the related departments have strengthened the supervision of the banking industry.With the advent of the era of big data and the rapid development of Internet finance,the banking industry is facing multiple pressures,such as the impact of the economic situation,competition in the same industry,and Internet enterprises’ entry into the financial market.Under the new normal economy,the banking industry needs to re-examine the external environment it faces,strive to improve its competitiveness,promote its own transformation and sustainable development,and the key to improve its competitiveness is to improve its competitiveness in the human resource market.Due to the late starting time of rural banks,their operation management and business model are not mature enough.Moreover,due to the limitations of operating regions,rural banks are less attractive to talents and have a high staff turnover rate.Therefore,how to reduce the staff turnover rate and retain excellent staff is an urgent task for the rural banks at this stage.This paper takes CF Rural Bank as the research object to explore the problem of staff turnover in rural banks.First of all,the article analyzes the current situation of the turnover of CF village banks from the basic situation of CF village banks,employee turnover and the impact of employee turnover.It points out that employee turnover will increase the management cost of the bank and customers.Loss of resources,low morale,and even negative reputation.Secondly,the article investigates the causes of the loss of the employees and some of the former employees through questionnaire survey and interview methods,analyzes and summarizes the survey data,and analyzes the main factors affecting the turnover of CF village banks.Five aspects of itself,working environment,interpersonal relationship,and work prospects.Thirdly,based on the investigation and analysis results of the reasons for staff turnover,this paper analyzes the reasons for staff turnover of CF Rural Bank,and it points out that the staff turnover of the bank is mainly affected by the external environment,internal reasons and the factors of the staff themselves.Finally,based on the relevant theories of staff turnover and the specific situation of CF Rural Bank,countermeasures to reduce the staff turnover rate are proposed from the aspects of performance system,compensation and welfare system,optimization of talent management mechanism and cultivation of enterprise characteristic culture.This paper studies the staff turnover of CF Rural Bank,hoping to help CF Rural Bank optimize their human resource management,improve their competitiveness in the talent market,and achieve the continuous innovation and further development.The theoretical research on the staff turnover of the bank further develops and enriches the relevant theoretical research on the staff turnover of the bank.At the same time,it can also provide certain reference for other banks,especially for the rural banks.
