Pear is one of the three major fruits in China.With the development of the world economy,both pear production and export have been rapid developed.China is one of the origins of pear,thousands of years ago began to plant.China has a wide range of cultivation of pear.Except Hainan province,the other provinces of China all plant pear.In the main producing areas of pear,such as Hebei province,Shangdong province and so on,pear becomes a local farmer's economic source.The production of Chinese pear has always been ranked no.1 in the world,but with inconsistence,the export rat of Chinese pear is small,and the export price is far lower than developed countries.This paper is based on SCP analysis paradigm and international competitiveness theory to analyze the world market competition pattern of pear,and on this basis,takes the specific enterprise as an example to analyze the export strategy.Firstly,it uses SCP analysis paradigm to analyze the competition pattern of the export market through the export market structure,conduct and performance.Then,based on the theory of international competitiveness,using the RCA index,CA index,TC index and market penetration index to analyze the export competitiveness of Chinese pear.Finally,in the background of the environment,take Hebei Tianbo Industry and Trade Co.,Ltd.as an example to study on the export strategy and problems of Chinese export enterprises.The main conclusions of the study are:(1)From the perspective of international market competition:In the aspect of market structure,in the world,the major export markets of pear all have a high degree of concentration.Asian markets are mostly monopolized markets,and China controls these markets.Europen and American markets are oligopolistic markets,and these markets are usually controlled under some developed countries,such as Netherlands,Belgium,Argentina,America and so on.In the aspect of market competition behavior,although the income level of the target market has an important impact on pricing,the export market structure also have obvious influence on pricing,and the higher market concentration leads to the higher market price.The standardization of production and quality control is an important means of competition of exporter.The standardization of production and quality control is helpful to improve and keep a high quality of pear production,to avoid a low price competition.In the aspect of market performance,the higher market concentration leads to the higher market profit margin.But by the fierce competition in China,the export profit margin of China is lower than other expoters'.(2)From the perspective of Chinese pear export competitiveness:China is the largest producer of pear,but not a competitive country of its export.Although China have some competitiveness,the lower production efficiency and export rate cause the gap between China and the developed countries.The index shows that China's RCA and CA are almost more than 1,TCI is located above 0.97,China have comparative advantages and competitive advantages.But the index of Argentina,South Africa,Chile and other countries are far greater than the index of China,which shows that the advantage of Chinese pear is not obvious.In the Asian market,the market penetration rate of Chinese pear is high,China has strong market competitiveness.But in the European and American market,the market penetration rate is not high.These high-level markets have yet to be further developed.(3)From the perspective of Chinese pear export enterprises:Chinese export enterprises have adopted the strategy of differentiated product and market.In the high-level market,mainly export the high quality,beautiful and high-priced hybrid new varieties,but in the Asian market and the mass market,mainly export smaller and cheaper pear.The larger pear export enterprises usually use the form of trade fairs to promote their products,and mainly cooperate with the local importers and wholesalers,some also cooperate with some large supermarkets.The disorderly competition among Chinese exporters and the policy changes in the export market are the main risks which these pear export enterprises facing.
