Research On The Development Of Green Finance Businessin Hebei Province

Since 2016,Hebei Province has fully supported the financial development in the field of green energy.We should adhere to the particularity of green financial and monetary policies to promote industrial policies as the basis,and provide a strong external environment and efficient financing channels for green energy enterprises.Among them,the main source of financial support for green energy enterprises is the green credit of commercial banks.Many problems still exist,such as single form of creditor’s rights financing,difficult financing of green energy enterprises,high debt and non-performing loans of banks.Therefore,how to develop innovative financial business in line with the development of green energy industry,expand financing channels,solve financing problems and optimize the capital structure of enterprises is of great significance.This paper analyses in detail the current situation and existing problems of industrial finance development in the field of green energy in Hebei Province.Then,taking the Agricultural Bank of China’s market-oriented debt-to-equity swap project of Dongfang New Energy Hebei Branch as the main research object,through quantitative analysis,case analysis,literature research and comparative analysis,this paper studies the debt-to-equity swap mode suitable for green energy industry,thus providing suggestions on how to promote market-oriented debt-to-equity swap to support the development of green financial business in Hebei Province.Green financial investment enters the market from various perspectives.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant literature of green finance and debt-to-equity swap at home and abroad,and introduces the basic theories and concepts needed for project analysis.Secondly,starting from the actual characteristics of green energy industry finance in Hebei Province,the paper studies the problems existing in the financial business.
