Design Of Green PPP Fund Based On Green Technology Bank

Green Technology Bank is a policy-oriented financial institution established in response to the National Green Finance Development Strategic Plan to better serve the green industry.It provides funds and green technology support for enterprises with development needs in the green field to better achieve advanced green.Transfer of technological achievements.In general,PPP projects have large financing needs,long financing period and low profit rate,so it is difficult to obtain financing.However,the problem of insufficient investment in PPP green projects in the green field is more prominent,which restricts some green enterprises to green.Research and development of technology.This is also the purpose of this paper.How to give full play to the green technology advantages and capital advantages of green technology banks,and provide a package solution for regional PPP green projects.In this paper,by combining the Ministry of Finance demonstration PPP project “Nanjing Chengdong Wastewater Treatment Project”,referring to the design idea of general PPP fund,through the structured design,the static spread method SS(Static Spread)is used to construct the pricing model,and the research design is based on green.The PPP Green Fund of Technology Bank researched and analyzed the transaction structure,issue parameters and fund transfer process of the fund products,analyzed the rationality and effectiveness of the product design plan,and combined the PPP project syndicated loan.Financing and PPP project income right asset securitization These two similar products are comparatively studied,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of this product,and finally designing the product promotion strategy to provide reference for further promotion and distribution of products in the market.The PPP green fund based on Green Technology Bank can not only give full play to the green technology advantages of green technology banks,accelerate the construction of green technology banking system,enhance the visibility and influence of green technology banks in the green field,and also free the financing of regional PPP green projects.Difficulties,attracting more social capital to participate in the investment of green industries,and this is undoubtedly of great significance for the accelerated realization of China’s green development strategy goals and the transformation of green economy.
