Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology innovation and new industries in the world,relying solely on the innovation of enterprises themselves will face the severe challenges of decreasing innovation ways and increasing the difficulty of innovation.Therefore,enterprises can improve innovation performance and maintain competitive advantage by maintaining innovation cooperation with the outside world at every stage of development.To maintain a competitive advantage,the organizational form of innovation network is one of the important ways for enterprises to cooperate and innovate.The development advantages brought by innovation networks to enterprises have been widely recognized by domestic enterprises,but at present,there is a lack of in-depth research on the relevant practices and theories of innovation networks to further enhance the innovation performance of enterprises.Enterprises gain certain powers in their networks by acquiring core resources and enhancing their network status.The allocation of power by enterprises will have an important impact on innovation activities.Promoting multi-faceted optimization research on factors within the innovation network and promoting industrial innovation by improving the efficiency of enterprise innovation network power allocation has become an important topic in enterprise network research.Based on the theory of resource dependence and the theory of power dependence,this paper explores its impact on the efficiency of power allocation from both macro and micro aspects based on the innovation network itself.This paper uses the literature analysis method to sort out the relevant research progress of enterprise innovation network and power allocation,and combines the latest research results to carry out theoretical reasoning.Then,from the two perspectives of the change of enterprise innovation network structure characteristics and the change of the overall characteristics of the innovation network evolution process,the theoretical analysis of the influence of power allocation efficiency is carried out.Finally,using the case study method,based on the joint patent database downloaded from the national key industry patent information network,the electric vacuum material industry is selected as the research object,and the social network analysis tools such as Ucinet and Gephi are used to conduct empirical research on theoretical analysis.Based on the theoretical analysis,combined with the empirical research on the factors affecting the power allocation efficiency,the following conclusions are drawn: From the microscopic level,the innovation network degree center,the bridge structure hole in the innovation network,and the middle center degree will all produce positive power allocation efficiency.From the macro perspective,the innovation network is constantly evolving and developing.It will undergo four stages: formation period,development period,expansion period and stability period.The network scale is expanding continuously,but at the same time,due to the emergence of small groups within the network,the sub-network is gradually formed.In multiple sub-networks,the network density continues to decline,and the power allocation mode is mainly embodied in the sub-network.Due to the difference in resource heterogeneity between enterprise partners,the allocation of power is continuously optimized in the process of enterprise development,and the efficiency of power allocation is improved.By studying the influencing factors of power allocation efficiency,this paper explores the internal factors of innovation network development,helps enterprises and networks optimize power allocation,provides optimization basis for the improvement and further development of innovation network,enhances the innovation output efficiency of network members,and promotes enterprise innovation network.optimization and upgrading.
