Study On Financial Performance Evaluation And Countermeasures Of China Construction Group Corporation

As an important part of the national economy,construction industry plays an important role in promoting the development of related industries,solving the problem of labor employment,absorbing consumption funds and adjusting economic structure.Therefore,the healthy development of construction industry is closely related to the national economy.However,with the acceleration of the reform process,the problems in the development process of the construction industry have been exposed in the process of scale expansion and increasing output value,mainly reflected in the poor profitability of construction enterprises,which seriously hindered the development process of China's construction industry.China construction group is a representative enterprise in China's construction industry.Choosing China construction group as the research object and studying its financial performance will promote the healthy development of the construction industry to a certain extent.Based on relevant basic theories,this paper introduces the general situation of cscec and constructs the financial performance evaluation index system.Based on the vertical comparison and horizontal comparison,this paper analyzes the financial performance of cscec and puts forward relevant countermeasures according to the analysis results.Firstly,the paper clarifies the research background,purpose and significance,sorts out the research status at home and abroad,and expounds the relevant overview and evaluation methods of financial performance.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of China construction group and constructs the index system of financial performance evaluation.Thirdly,according to the financial statement data from 2014 to 2018,the financial performance of 61 listed companies in the same industry was compared vertically from four aspects,namely,operating ability,profitability,debt paying ability and development ability.Finally,based on the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the financial performance of China construction group,the countermeasures to further improve the financial performance of China construction group are proposed from the four aspects of solvency,operation capability,development capability and profitability.In terms of operating capacity,it is suggested to strengthen inventory management and accelerate the recovery of receivables.In terms of development ability,it is suggested to improve competitive strength and build characteristic brand.From the perspective of profitability,it is suggested t is suggested to enhance operational efficiency andgrasp national development policies.Through the above Suggestions,it is expected to further improve the financial performance of China construction group and promote its healthy and sustainable development.
