Empirical Study On The Factors Affecting The Production And Marketing Of Yangshan Peach

Nowadays,the society has entered the era of digital economy.In the numerous and miscellaneous data ocean,how to analyze the information that is useful to us and quickly obtain a valuable economic reference model is particularly important.Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions are important agricultural producing areas in China,which have been called the land of fish and rice since ancient times.Since the country’s reform and opening up,the rapid economic development in Wuxi drives the development of Yangshan peach industry.The factors affecting the yield and output value of Yangshan peach are varied.Based on the data of the statistical yearbook,this paper uses principal component analysis and regression analysis to study the main factors affecting the yield and output value of Yangshan honey peach and establish several models.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,through a detailed analysis of Yangshan peach yield,output value,natural conditions,labor force,economic conditions and tourism for more than ten years.Six factors that have a greater impact on the yield were identified,including natural conditions and labor force factors.And eleven factors that have a greater impact on the output value were identified,including economic conditions and tourism factors.Then by means of principal component analysis,the dimensions of 6 factors affecting yield and 11 factors affecting output value were reduced.We got three principal factors and respectively established multivariate regression models of the yield or output value.we tested the fitting degree of these models and optimized the one with low fitness.The results showed that the fitting degree of multivariate regression model of output value was higher,but the fitting degree of multivariate regression model of yield was not ideal.Based on the further analysis of the factors and data affecting the yield of Yangshan honey peach,a multiple quadratic regression model was established.The decision coefficient of the model was 0.95 and the fitting degree was higher.Finally,combined with the non-numerical factors in the actual situation,the existing problems affecting the field and output value were analyzed,and the supply-side reform development plan was proposed.The construction plan included increasing the production of honey peach through pest control,popularization of agricultural mechanization,management of agricultural talents,and increasing output value through establishing independent brand of Yangshan peach,cross-border e-commerce trading platform,and original ecological B&B experience area.The plan will promote the economic development of the whole peach and related industries.The conclusions of this paper have certain reference value for the development of peach industry and supply-side reform of agricultural industry in Yangshan area of Wuxi City.
