With the continuous development of market economy,the importance of knowledge and innovation has become increasingly prominent.Industry-university-research institute cooperation has become an effective way for all parties in industry-university-research institute to seek their own development in the new situation.Practical experience at home and abroad also shows that the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research institute has become an key measure to enhance regional innovation capacity and promote regional economic development to adapt to the contemporary economic situation.In the process of economic development,Shanxi Province relies too much on resources and labor input and neglects scientific and technological innovation,resulting in weak innovation foundation,lack of innovative talents and imperfect innovation mechanism.Under the background of China's new normal economy,Shanxi Province should pay more attention to the important role of cooperation among innovation subjects in promoting sustained and stable economic growth.Based on this,it is necessary to explore the coupling and coordination mechanism of Shanxi's industry-university-research institute innovation system,measure the level of coupling and coordination of Shanxi's industry-university-research institute innovation system in recent years,and explore the main influencing factors of coupling and coordination degree of Shanxi's industry-university-research institute innovation system,so as to provide reference for industry-university-research institute cooperation to boost Shanxi's economic development.Based on the above considerations,this paper first explores the coupling and coordination mechanism of regional industry-university-research institute innovation system,and then establish the evaluation index of the coupling and coordination degree ofindustry-university-research institute innovation system.Finally,the coupling coordination model is used to measure the coupling coordination level of Shanxi Province's industry-university-research institute innovation system,and explore the main factors affecting it through the method of gray correlation analysis,so as to provide scientific basis for promoting the coupling coordination development of industry-university-research institute innovation system in Shanxi Province.The results show that the overall development level of the three main innovators showed an upward trend,and the synergy situation of regional innovation system in Shanxi Province was gradually optimized;the order degree of the another innovation subsystems except the university innovation subsystems showed a downward trend in 2013-2014,and the coupling and coordination degree of industry-university-research institute innovation system in Shanxi Province decreased;the overall development level of the three innovation subsystems increased slightly in 2014-2016,and the Shanxi's industry-university-research institute innovation system coupling and coordination degree recovered.The connection strength of industry-university-research institute has the greatest influence on the coupling degree of innovation system of Shanxi Province,and the development degree of technology market has the least influence on the coupling degree of innovation system of Shanxi Province.This requires us to pay attention to the balanced distribution of innovation resources among the innovation subjects in the industry-university-research institute cooperation,and provide a good platform and atmosphere for industry-university-research cooperation.
