A Study On The Relationship Between Manufacturing Enterprise Quality Culture,Quality Management Practice And Innovation Performance

With the constant changes in the international economic situation and the continuous progress of China's reform and opening up,the low-cost competitive advantage of the manufacturing industry can no longer meet the needs of rapid economic development.On the other hand,in recent years,the quality problems of Chinese manufacturing enterprises have become increasingly prominent,and product quality.And the quality of service problems are endless,which has a bad impact on the company itself and society.Facing the status quo,the Chinese government has put forward the "quality power" strategy and the "China Manufacturing 2025" ambitious goal,which not only shows China's strong will to innovate and advanced manufacturing,but also expresses China's determination to enter a big innovation country.For enterprises and countries,quality construction is not only reflected in technological innovation and equipment renewal,but also in quality culture.Strengthening the construction of corporate quality culture is of great significance for improving the quality management level,improving the innovation performance,and thus ensuring the stable development of China's economy.On the basis of domestic and foreign literature research,this paper explores the relationship between corporate quality culture and quality management practice on innovation performance.Through the research results,it also gives suggestions for improving the quality and culture of enterprises,which has certain practical guiding significance.First of all,extensive access to the literature,clear the quality,quality management,corporate quality culture,quality management practices,innovation performance related concepts,summarizing the predecessors' division of the enterprise quality culture,quality management practices and innovation performance;second,in-depth study Based on the relevant research results,the overall conceptual model of this paper is constructed.Combining with the research needs of this paper,we use the relatively mature scales we have studied to determine the dimensional elements of enterprise quality culture,quality management practice and innovation performance,and design the measurement scale of this paper.Also,based on literature research and construction of this paper Conceptual model,put forward research hypothesis;Finally,using SPSS 22.0software to carry out corresponding statistical analysis of sample data,establish a structural equation model through AMOS22.0 for empirical research,and draw conclusions.Three research results have been achieved:(1)summarizing the four dimensions of research quality culture,namely customer-oriented,continuous improvement,quality values,systemic,and three dimensions of quality management practices,namely leadership Force,process management and relationship management provide a theoretical basis for exploring the empirical research on the impact of quality culture and quality management practices oninnovation performance.(2)Empirical analysis further demonstrates that quality culture and quality management practices have a positive impact on innovation performance.Quality culture can also improve the quality management level of enterprises.(3)Quality culture can better enhance the innovation performance of enterprises through the intermediary role of quality management practices.
